Partly because I entered a university in my hometown, Shimane Prefecture. I had an interest in a company famous in Shimane as well as a representative of Japan.
My daily life is varied. I sometimes hear voices and opinions from customers directly in exhibitions and demonstration shows. That is why I face many challenging issues, but I learn a lesson every day.
My job is to advance toward a goal together with my fellow workers, which is very rewarding to me.
I launch campaigns and plan events.My main task is to promote sales in Japan through training sessions on new products, etc., and grow our market share.I am also serving as a contact person to arrange and coordinate conferences with clients.Coordination between the company and clients are one of the important tasks of our department, and I always try to use time effectively. I am working with the consciousness of enjoying my job, valuing smiles, and turning hard and tough time into an opportunity.
In 2015, Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery formed a business tie-up with Mahindra & Mahindra which has the highest sales of tractors in the world. We are in the process of trying to expand the business by integrating the technology developed in Japan over 100 years since the foundation of Mitsubishi and the foreign technology. Let’s work together as a member in the midst of the transition.
