The Group will not disclose the personal information of any person to any third party without such person's approval,except in the following case.
[1] Disclosure to outsourcing companies: Personal information may be disclosed to outsourcing companies in order to provide good service to a customers
[2] Joint use between Group companies: Personal information may, be jointly used between Group companies in only as needed for the achievement of its business purpose.
[3] Provision of personal information in accordance with statutes or ordinances.
The Group will maintain the accuracy of and safely manage personal information. The Group will implement the proper information security measures to deal with unauthorized accessing attempts and computer viruses in order to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information. The Group will not allow personal information to be leaked through its removal and transmission to outside parties.
The Group will verify that a person has the right to request, with respect to personal information, notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, a correction, supplementation, deletion, the discontinuation of use, expungement, and the discontinuation of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure”). The Group will undertake the proper management of personal information by appointing a person responsible for the management of personal information. The Group will fully ensure the proper handling of personal information in day-to-day operations by training employees on the protection of personal information and the proper method by which personal information is to be managed.
In order to execute this policy, the Group will formulate a compliance program for the protection of personal information (including this policy, rules, and standards), disseminate this program to Group employees and other concerned parties, and implement, maintain, and continuously improve this program.
