Build simple ridges with simple operations (U specifications)

Ridge-building work is essential for growing delicious vegetables. We are excited to be introducing Easy Ridge-Building specifications,
which will enable you to easily build ridges even if you lack a separately sold ridge-building tool. Use the Ridge-Building Panel,
which can be installed and removed with ease, to readily engage in ridge-building work for the ultimate in convenience. (U specifications)

Full-scale tilling

With a diameter of 295 millimeters, tilling tine deliver full-scale results. Proper tilling with depth can be achieved for a real difference in how fields are finished.

With specifications that enable the unit to be backed up, this mini-cultivator can be easily operated to till corners by using a turn-and-reverse maneuver. Gear-shifting operations can also be easily undertaken thanks to the presence of a large-display panel. (MM300A R specifications)

This mini-cultivator is equipped with a handy tail wheel for moving the unit. Transition with ease from a working state in order to move from field to
field without difficulties.

Engine is compliant with voluntary controls on gas emissions

This mini-cultivator is equipped with a new-model GB engine that complies with the third protocol on gas emissions. This engine is friendly to both users and the environment by virtue of the fact that it further reduces the emission of harmful substances contained in exhaust fumes.

Outfitted with Miracle Start (*), a convenient system for easy engine starts. Start the engine by gently pulling on the starter cord.

Vertically adjusting the handle

A vertically adjustable handle permits adjustments of position according to the work stance assumed by the operator.

Rotating the handle

The MM300A is made even more convenient thanks to the ability to rotate the handle. You can avoid having to step in a section that has already been tilled while you carry on working.

Secure dead man’s clutch

Grip to start work and release to stop work. Thanks to a slim easy-to-grip form, operation is easy and safe even for novice operators. (Return clutch is featured in units conforming to D specifications.)

Large fuel cap

The fuel cap is large and easy to grip for simple refueling.

Large engine-stop button

Just press this button to easily and safely stop the engine. (MM300A only)

Grass entwining-prevention device

This device inhibits the entwining of grass directly around the rotary shaft. Gaps in the rotor part facilitate removal. (MM300A B specifications)

Easily foldable & compact storage

Just loosen a knob on the handle to easily fold the unit for storage in tight spaces. Also convenient for transporting the unit in the back of your car.

◆Points to keep in mind when engaging in ridge-building work
  1. Assume that the attachment will descend by only the depth tilled by the rotor
    (approximately 5 to 10 centimeters) and adjust accordingly.
  2. Be sure to make adjustments in such a way that the rotor claws and attachment will not
    come in contact with one another.
  3. The leading edge of the attachment (plowshare) should be positioned
    approximately 1 to 3 centimeters above the plow sole.
  4. If the attachment has a tail wheel, adjust the distance between the underside of the
    attachment and the protruding parts of the tail wheel to between approximately
    1 and 2 centimeters.
  5. Proceed to actually build ridges and fine-tune as needed.
