LE70D can produce a single-vehicle lane finish on headland sections. This model can facilitate operation on headland sections and enhance efficiency. Turning frequency and turn-and-reverse maneuvering on headland sections can be reduced to enable operation to be performed without destroying headland sections.
*Depending on field conditions, it may not be possible to engage in single-lane operation.

Just turn steering wheel so that LE50D, LE60D, and LE70D enables to do everything that is required to move, turn, and plant with simple operations. Frequency to check planting part with looking backward and conducting fine-tuning adjustments depending on conditions decrease than ever before. By focusing on stress-free driving operations, you will be able to further enjoy working in large fields. In addition, “Just Measure” function simplifies the start of the planting process more than before.

Super Smile Turning (with turn-up function)

Super Smile Turning is one of convenient function which enables turning and planting only by turning steering wheel. Planting position can be adjusted and aligned as you wish by adjusting planting starting timing even after normal “U-turning” and “Bump and back method” and it adapts to various types of fields. By adding turn-up function, operation can be performed safely even in deformed paddy fields and on headland sections without forgetting to raise planting part.

Just Measure

Press and hold the quick-up lever when you begin to plant in order to get your rice transplanter to automatically start planting after leaving open a margin consisting of a single-vehicle lane as measured from the edge of the field. Without having to take bothersome measurements, you can smoothly commence planting even on fields to which you are unaccustomed. This function also prevents squandering of seedlings and fertilizer where they are not needed and helps obtain laborsaving gains as well.

Smile Shift

Operability when planting in deformed paddy fields and on headland sections is improved by easy operation such as just pushing each button to raise planting part or lower planting part together with adjusting traveling speed in forward and backward direction. Buttons are positioned on main gearshift lever for easy operation.

New meter panel

State of planting part can be checked by looking at monitor screen. Use of LED lights also enables to check working conditions to
be verified even in bright sunlight.

Back-lifting function

Shift main gearshift lever (Smile Shift) to backward position to stop and raise planting part. This helps to prevent damage from being caused to planting part and also improves operating performance and elevates working efficiency.

Power steering

Enables handling that imparts a direct feel. Field conditions can be precisely ascertained and it supports high level of precision and high-speed planting.

Convenient panel designed to enable operations to be easily undertaken with use of buttons and dials.

Quick-up lever

Single lever can be used to easily raise or
lower planting part, engage or disengage planting clutch, and switch marker position.

Main gearshift lever neutral-
return function

Once brake pedal is depressed, main
gearshift lever returns to neutral position automatically. It prevents jump start and contributes to safe operation.

Hydraulic pressure sensitivity dial

Hydraulic pressure sensitivity can be
fine-tuned in accordance with field conditions.
