These parts absorb vibrations caused by uneven-ness in the plow pan and enable stable planting work to be performed. The front wheels also firmly grip the ground when entering and leaving fields for a sense of slip-resistant safely.
Equipped with an automatic level-control function, this rice transplanter manages to keep the planting part level even when high-speed operation undertaken.
Hydraulic control is tied to the engine’s throttle position. Working in conjunction with the hydraulic pressure-sensitivity dial, this function enables to adjust to field conditions precisely.
Highly durable, push-bolt fixed tires on both front and rear wheels support stable performance of work. Hydraulic pumps are directly mounted onto engine for enhanced reliability and maintenance performance. Stable hydraulic feeding is thus rendered possible and supports planting work strongly.
A large-capacity eighteen-liter fuel tank is provided to reduce frequency of refueling. As the tank is mounted below the step, refueling can also be easily undertaken.
In addition to long seedling-feeding belts, a highly durable ratcheting system is used for vertical feeding of seedlings. Seedlings are properly fed and missing plants are prevented.
With simple operations, double-lane margin as measured from edge of field can be automatically measured.
Without having to take bothersome measurements, you can smoothly start planting even on fields to which you are unaccustomed. This function also prevents squandering of seedlings, roll paper, and fertilizer where they are not needed and contributes to further laborsaving as well.
①Travel backward all the way to edge of the ridge. (If you are using mulching paper, measure with planting part raised to avoid squandering paper.)
②Turn planting switch ON and depress quick-up lever for approximately one second with planting part in a raised state. (Planting position indicator will flash by turns and a continuous beeping alarm will sound during measurement process.)
③Drive rice transplanter forward.
④At a point approximately two-vehicle lanes away from edge of ridge, buzzer will make a sound, whereupon you should stop rice transplanter and depress quick-up lever to lower planting part before starting planting.
Main gearshift lever equips single-action button for raising and lowering planting part. Operations for switching between forward and reverse traveling can be smoothly undertaken.
Shift main gearshift lever in backward direction to lift planting part automatically. This prevents damage to planting part or mulching part as a result of forgetting to raise planting part.
This rice transplanter is equipped with a motorized windmill-type side marker that can be raised or lowered with planting part in lowered position. Mud spattering was decreased when marker is raised.
HST gear-shifting system is provided eight notches on lever guide to facilitate speed adjustments smoothly.
Turn steering wheel fully to cut power to inner wheels which enables turning easily in line with adjacent row.
