Stockbreeding facilities

Stockbreeding facilities

We aim to contribute to the development of environmentally friendly agriculture with respect to everything from cattle barns, pigpens, chicken houses, and other livestock barns to ancillary facilities to deal with livestock excrement and other issues. We are charting a future course for livestock producers by designing each structure with a favorable layout for efficient performance in accordance with its intended purpose.

Dairy farming facilities

We assemble structures by selecting corrosion-resistant welded galvanized steel frames and lumber that is resistant to corrosion caused by ammonia and acid for structural aggregates and taking into account the location of use and applicable strength requirements. For cattle barns, we provide facilities for which the sequence of work to be performed is streamlined by designing structures and distributing equipment in line with their intended use through the incorporation of free stalls, links, free barns, and other such elements in such a way that the result is environmentally-friendly for both people and livestock.

Excrement-treatment facilities

We provide equipment and devices for fermentation and drying systems in the form of facilities where cattle excrement is treated in order to enable the recycling of excrement collected in slurry stores, compost barns, and compost building container boxes as fertilizer and manure.

TMR center

With the aim of reliably supplying high-quality complete mixtures at low cost, we produce mixtures with nutrient components adjusted according to their intended purposes using special devices designed to shred and stir vegetable debris made from sawdust, rice straw, and wheat straw; bean curd refuse; beer dregs; and other examples of local surplus waste.
