We offer facilities where mushroom beds can be produced, sterilized, cooled down and inoculated as well as the facilities for primary and secondary culturing of mushrooms. Also we propose facilities where can pack and ship products reliably and effectively through integrated system. We have experience of designing and constructing facilities for shiitake, enoki, hiratake, nameko, brown clamshell mushrooms, and more.

In order to promote the stability of farming operations, we offer autoclave-based sterilization treatments, sterilization lamps, and air facilities. Our system prevents contamination by bacteria with using cleaners, controls climate conditions to fall or spring so as to promote culturing and growth of aerobic bacteria and shiitake.

In order to promote the stable, high quality culturing of mushrooms, mushroom beds firstly need to be rendered aseptic in an autoclave. We offer equipment that can be used to load, sterilize, and chill mushroom beds.
