“Makurakko” and “seedling slider” have been upgraded to achieve further labor-saving gains in terms of making it easier to perform heavy-labor tasks for rice transplantation. “Makurakko” operations are now motorized and can be easily adjusted. “Seedling slider” can be rotated up, down, left, or right and has been rendered even more user-friendly for both assistants and operators alike.
By not just leveling headland sections but also planting an entire field using the “Makurakko”, a beautiful finish can be obtained.
As a nice bonus, a weed-suppression effect can also be expected.
The “Makurakko” function can be activated or deactivated just by pressing a dial switch while remaining seated in the driver’s seat. The basic height will be automatically set with linking to planting depth.
The “Makurakko” height can also be fine-tuned through dial operations in accordance with field conditions.
If planting part is raised while the “Makurakko” is being operated, rotor automatically stops. If planting part is lowered, the rotor automatically rotates.
Mud-splattering from the rotor during turns is thus prevented. Driving noise is also rendered quiet for greater comfort.
The alignment of the caged rotor has been optimized to reduce the pushing aside of water and mud during high-speed operation. Leveling work can also be performed with “Makurakko” when rice transplanter moves from point to point in the same field.
Wide step is equipped by standard. A fully flat deck is set up next to the engine to facilitate movements by the operator on machine.
