This combine is equipped with an environmentally clean 50.3 PS high-powered engine that satisfies the fourth Japanese protocol for gas emission controls applicable to special motor vehicles. Incorporated into the engine is a low-fuel consuming common rail system. Since this combine is also equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and blow-by gas reduction device, the amount of particulate matter in gas emissions (black smoke and other fine particulates) is significantly reduced.
The engine speed is automatically increased to an optimal level through integration with the main gearshift and work equipment clutches (for threshing and the discharging of unhulled rice). The engine speed is lowered when work is not being performed in order to limit the wasteful consumption of fuel.
A monitoring lamp will be lit when suitable high-efficiency work is being carried out during the reaping process to enable the operator to deliberately seek to engage in energy-saving work.
This combine is equipped with a 42-liter fuel tank to reduce the time and trouble it takes to refuel and enable continuous work for longer periods of time.
