Promotes the discharging of crop with a vibrating guide at the bottom of the grain tank for rapid discharging.
A 4.1-meter long auger enables work performed to discharge crop into a detached location to be efficiently undertaken. A compact folding form allows this auger to be conveniently used to perform work in high-walled fields or stored in a tight location. Left and right rotations can be accurately and safely carried out by the presence of red and blue marks on the inside of the auger and the operating part.
A wired remote-control device for operating the auger is mounted to the right of and behind the driver’s seat. The operator can align with any of three automatic rotation positions with the touch of a button on the remote control to quickly make discharging preparations while verifying conditions. The operator can align the discharge position of the auger in comfort. Changing the automatic rotation position can also be done with a simple press of the switch.
A wireless remote control is available as a separately sold option. Discharging operations can also be easily and reliably undertaken with this remote control. (Installation requires a separate motorized discharging clutch and auger flap kit.)
When the tank is almost filled with crop, the state of collection will be indicated by a flashing light. The assistant can also ascertain the state of the grain tank to ensure that work is performed smoothly and efficiently.
When the amount of crop remaining in the grain tank when the discharging of crop is being undertaken becomes low, a notification that discharging is almost complete will be issued with a beep.
If the engine speed is insufficient when unhulled rice is being discharged, the operator will be notified with an alarm sound.
