Travel performance
Introducing a new type of low-fuel-consumption, low-noise-generating clean engine

By a fully electronic-controlled common-rail engine, low-fuel consumption is achieved despite making no sacrifices in terms of high output and high torque. Utilizing a cooled EGR system, this engine limits the generation of nitrogen oxide (NOx). Equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF), this engine is also environmentally friendly as evidenced by its conformity to strict gas-emission controls (third Japanese protocol for gas emission controls applicable to special motor vehicles).

Engine speed control for low-fuel consumption and low-noise generation

The engine speed is automatically increased to an optimal level through integration with the main shift and work clutches (for threshing and the discharging of unhulled rice). The engine speed is lowered to idling when the combine is not in use in order to limit the wasteful consumption of fuel.

Economy mode lamp for engaging in energy-saving work

Equipped with an economy mode lamp that is lit according to the given workload to promote reductions in fuel consumption through efforts to engage in efficient work.

Lockable fuel tank

A large-capacity fuel tank reduces the time and effort it takes to refuel. Comfortable work is made possible by a lockable cap and full-tank notification buzzer.

Reverse cleaning fan

The radiator fan periodically operates in reverse to prevent clogging and maintain cooling performance.

Large pre-cleaner

Air is taken in from an elevated position to prevent the infiltration of dust and mitigate engine load.

High-clearance design

The design provides for minimum ground clearance with leeway and boat-shaped crawler. By also incorporating high-lug patterned features, this design offers superior travel performance in wet fields.

Just-Matic automatic horizontal control and elevated base level control

Automatic level control is offered as a standard feature to keep the combine level and enable stable, high-precision work to be performed. By level control based on a maximum elevated position, minimum ground clearance can be maintained at a high level for improved wet-field travel performance.

Shock-absorbing rollers

Shock-absorbing rollers are used to limit the seesaw effect that can be seen in a combine when it encounters a snag and allows the combine to travel with fewer shocks felt.

Center impeller rollers of crawler

In contrast to combines with cantilevered rollers of crawler, this combine features center impeller tank rollers with superior durability.
