This combine is equipped with highly durable spring-loaded reel tines providing excellent lodged crop-raising performance. Head loss is mitigated since crops are gently handled.
High-efficiency work is realized by 1700-millimeter wide swath, 1000-millimeter large-rotational-diameter reel, and platform auger offering superior raking performance.
Main shift lever
Press the lodged-crop reaping switch at the top of the main shift lever to optimally set the reel rotational speed and reel height. Non-stop reaping is possible even on fields with partially lodged crops.
(i) Move the reel into the forward-most position;
(ii) Lower the reel to the lowest point;
(iii) Increase the rotational speed of the reel.
Press the switch again to restore the rotational speed of the reel and reel height to what they were before the switch was pressed.
Since materials will be conveyed to the platform without spillage even when the combine is stopped by pressing the override raking switch on the main shift, this feature is handy when reaping the four corners of a field.
(i) Move the reel into the rear-most position;
(ii) Lower the reel to the lowest point;
(iii) Increase the rotational speed of the reel.
Release the switch to restore the rotational speed of the reel and reel height to what they were before the switch was pressed.
Adjust the height of the reel according to the height of grain culms with this switch.
Make forward/backward adjustments to the reel according to the extent to which crops are lodged and the volume of grain culms with this switch.
Carry out the quick-up action after reaping is completed to automatically adjust the gap between the platform and the reel with an easy operation and thereby prevent the spillage of grain culm.
Carry out the quick-set action when commencing a reaping job to move the reaping part and reel to their configured positions and smoothly commence work.
Easily raise or lower the reel, move the reel forward or backward, and carry out the quick-up and quick-set actions with just a single multi-steering lever.
The reaping height can be maintained at a constant level even on a bumpy or soft field. Since the reaping part will rise or fall according to the surface irregularity of a given field, it will be prevented from gouging the earth and causing dust to cover soybeans and other such crops.
The rotational speed of the reel when the automatic function is turned ON will synchronize with the speed of the combine. Easily adjust variations in the rotational speed of the reel relative to the speed of the combine in accordance with crop conditions with a dial. With a large scope for adjusting the rotational speed of the reel, settings can be made for optimal reaping. Since the reaping blades, auger, and feeder are consistently working at maximum rotational speeds, clogging is not a concern even when engaging in low-speed reaping.
