A new fan has been installed above and in front of the Rocking plate. Threshing-processed crops are separated into contaminants and collected grains in the course of being dropped onto a Rocking-flow plate. Sorting can be undertaken on a highly efficient, highly precise basis by having proper amounts of items sorted with this Rocking-flow plate generated.
Automatic sorting control is provided the use of floating sensors. The extent to which fins are opened is optimally controlled for improved sorting precision. Since fins open and close automatically, the operator is saved the time and trouble it used to take to adjust the opening of fins.
Mechanism for auto-regulating the amount of conveyed dust / Water-repellent Rocking plate for processing
On top of the rotor are installed six movable dust-conveying guides. Temporary overloading within the threshing part is judiciously diverted.
Grain culm and grains are conveyed to the rear of the rotor.
In this way, excessive retention within the threshing part is inhibited to facilitate the performance of work.
The dust-conveying guides properly loosen material at their configured position.
The dust-conveying guides rotate to temporarily release retained material and prevent the engine speed from dropping.
These dust-conveying guides can be individually configured in terms of the extent to which they are opened according to conditions. With a broad scope for material accommodation, these dust-conveying guides can be configured for optimal threshing work.
By setting up optimal space for threshing around these dust-conveying guides, threshing performance is improved and clogging is prevented.
A rocking plate has been coated in a fluorocarbon resin for enhanced water-repelling performance. The corrugated plate is made with a highly durable stainless material to inhibit contaminants and enable the harvesting of high-quality grains. The top of the rocking plate is also exceptional in terms of diffusion property, which helps to mitigate the threshing load.
Threshing is performed while crops are being conveyed using screw-threshing teeth attached to the outside of the rotor. Crops are neatly and gently collected with little loss. Ultra-hard threshing blades offering superior durability are provided. Performance can be maintained over an extended period of time to save operators the time and trouble it takes to replace these blades.
The rotor’s RPM can be easily changed according to the type of crop being harvested with a lever offering dual settings: high speed and low speed. The high-speed position is also displayed on the driver’s seat monitor when work is being undertaken within the high-speed range.
More appropriate sorting is possible since the winnowing airflow can be adjusted according to sorting conditions.
A system consisting of a bucket conveyor and slat conveyor is used to lift harvested grain. Soybeans and other fragile crops can be gently and properly conveyed.
The position of the opening at which tailings are returned can be switched according to the state of crop threshing. This helps to prevent damage caused to harvested crops by threshing under poor conditions.
