Equipped with three superior planting mechanisms for beautiful planting results. It goes without saying that reliable work performance is demonstrated regardless of whether the fast planting approach or sparse planting approach is taken.
Laborsaving gains and scale expansion can be achieved thanks to thirty-centimeter width of stub (thirty-seven stub-sparse planting)
❶ Halves the number of raised-seedling boxes per 10 a and the cost of materials(*)
❷ Reduces work involved in transporting raised-seedling boxes (greenhouse → ridge between rice fields → rice transplanter)
*Where thirty-seven stub-sparse planting are conductd at a time compared to seventy with conventional models sold by Mitsubishi
Thanks to Mitsubishi’s proprietary planting mechanism, beautiful planting performance is enabled with tender touch as if it was hand-planted, also it can be quickly operated. This mechanism also available when using sparse-planting mode which can reduces costs.
These parts absorb vibrations caused by unevenness in the plow sole and enable stable high-speed planting work to be performed. The front wheels also firmly grip the ground when entering and leaving fields safely made possible by reliable slip resistance.
In addition to long seedling-feeding belts, a highly durable ratcheting system is used for vertical feeding of seedlings. Seedlings are properly fed and cases of missed plants are prevented from occurring.
Equipped with automatic level control function, rice transplanter manages to keep planting part level horizontally even when working with high speed.
Hydraulic control is tied to engine throttle position. Working in conjunction with hydraulic pressure sensitivity dial, this function enables field conditions to be precisely adjusted.
Structure for connecting seedling trays to main planting part was simplified and can be easily folded up for greater convenience when rice transporter is being stored or transported.
Since coiled cord is used, wiring harness will not disturb element when seedling trays are removed.
