EAGLE DESIGN

New GS Series

Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery
NEW DESIGN CONCEPT
Strength & Great Pride

The eagle is depicted with sharp claws that firmly grab hold of the earth and a strong body
with majestic flapping wings. The eagle design shown here represents a new standard for
Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery and is intended to evoke the strength with
which eagles exude vitality, as well as stability and durability. Inspired by a sense of the
great pride embodied by Mitsubishi’s three-diamond emblem, we are committed to
facilitating comfortable work with this new, refined design.

NEW DESIGN

Incorporating Mitsubishi’s three-diamond
emblem is the Eagle design,
which symbolizes the strength and the
great pride that are possessed by eagles

The new design of GS series tractor was inspired by eagles. Their sharp claws firmly grab hold of the earth in a demonstration of power, and their majestic flapping wings act as an expression of interior comfort and dependable durability. The Gyro MAC and VRC control
(M specifications) systems are integral features of Mitsubishi tractors and allow for high-precision cultivation that delivers superior land-leveling performance. This design has been newly outfitted with EZ drive (T specifications), which enables no-clutch gear shifting. Various safety and security features have also been added as can be seen in the attachment of a convenient assistance bar to the frame to help users board and get down from their tractors.
Thanks to these features and to a level of reliable durability established through strict durability testing, the new GS series will open up new possibilities as a long-life partner. Tractors belonging to this series will no doubt see many years of solid use by customers.

PERFORMANCE

Called “W-controls” are for the realization
of high-precision cultivation

Equipped with the same angular velocity sensors seen in smartphones and digital cameras,
these tractors feature the Gyro MAC horizontal control system to control the speed of the
rotary incline in accordance with the speed at which the tractor is tilting and the VRC
control system (M specifications) to modify the variables for controlling the plowing depth
in line with field conditions. These two electronic control systems enable high-precision
cultivation performance.

Making comparisons on bumpy fields where machines list heavily

Without the Smart Gyro MAC system

A tractor that is not equipped with the Gyro MAC control system would be more likely to produce not leveling on the ground as shown in the circled part of this illustration anytime it tilts significantly.

With the Gyro MAC system

Equipped with the Gyro MAC control system, the tractor will be less likely to produce not leveling on the ground even if it were to tilt significantly.

By harnessing both the Gyro MAC and VRC control systems together,
a user can produce a firm, highly level cultivated field.
Rice transplantation and other post-processing steps can then be smoothly undertaken.

What is the Gyro MAC system?

The Gyro MAC system is a system that allows a tractor equipped with gyro sensors to control the speed of the rotary incline in accordance with the speed at which the tractor is tilting. Superior levelness can be maintained even in the headland sections and other parts of a field that are highly uneven. Improved inclination sensitivity also enables the tractor to react to minute angular variations and limit the normal twisting effect that might occur during cultivation.

What is the VRC control system?

The VRC control system modifies the variables for controlling the plowing depth in line with field conditions. With fields and other plow For soles that are relatively flat, this system limits the vertical rotary motion that occurs. When a tractor encounters a footpath between fields or a headland section, this system will actively raise and lower the rotary as needed.

SAFETY

Reassuring performance achieved by taking human factors into account.

We aim to have GS tractors used reliably for many years by incorporating various safety and security features.

EZ drive model is ideal for continuous work

Tractors equipped with EZ drive, which is based on the adaption of HST variable-speed system, have been introduced into our lineup. This clutchless, zero-start feature allows variable-speed adjustments to be made without having to step on the clutch. The forward, reverse, and variable-speed lever is integrated for easy, smooth operation.

An assistance bar helps reduce the load on users as
they board and get down from their tractors.

A convenient assistance bar to help users board and get down from their tractors has been attached to the left of the driver’s seat. The act of boarding and getting down from a tractor puts stress on leg muscles. By using an assistance bar when boarding or getting down from a tractor, you can reduce this stress and perform this action easily and safely.

DURABILITY

Durability for
long-term use.

Mitsubishi tractors have long enjoyed a reputation for being equipped with highly durable transmissions, a core part of each unit. Having passed numerous strict and demanding durability tests based on internal standards, New GS series tractors are capable of operating in various harsh environmental settings as true inheritors of this legacy. We take pride in presenting products that we believe remain in faithful service to customers for many years to come.
